    Any laptop, tablet, or phone equipped with a standard web browser can access the local dashboard, which serves as a condition monitoring interface for the ICS particle monitor through self-hosted browser access.

    Fail-safe access

    Rescue AP and probation-based STA handover ensure that the unit remains recoverable, even on awkward customer networks, thanks to the condition monitoring interface and the ICS particle monitor, which provide seamless self-hosted browser access.

    Local data continuity

    Polling, LCD operation, and SD logging continue locally through the condition monitoring interface, even when network access is unavailable, ensuring that the ICS particle monitor remains operational with self-hosted browser access.

    What the web page shows

    The browser dashboard serves as the main engineering surface, designed to function as a condition monitoring interface. It is optimized for readability on a standard desktop browser, while still providing operators with the essentials at a glance, including information from the ICS particle monitor and options for self-hosted browser access.

    Header panel:

    The model, protocol, preferred access path, rescue AP status, saved SSID, host name, preflight state, RTC time, clock sync state, SD log path, and LCD policy are essential elements within the condition monitoring interface used for the ICS particle monitor, which also supports self-hosted browser access.

    Status

    ISO card: The live ISO 4406 triplet at >4 / >6 / >14 µm, displayed on the condition monitoring interface of the ICS particle monitor. Flow Rate card: Current flow in mL/min with live progress beneath for real-time tracking. Flags / Duration: Useful context for the current cycle and data validity, ensuring accurate monitoring. Countdown card: Remaining time for the current test based on duration and completion, easily accessible through self-hosted browser access. Trend graph: Rolling last-10 result trend so movement can be seen immediately, facilitating quick analysis. Recent results: A compact rolling record of recent completed tests, enhancing overall visibility.

    Product overview

    The MPI / MP Filtri ICS monitor functions as a self-hosted browser access condition monitoring interface, specifically designed for the ICS particle monitor. This product has been thoughtfully developed to include a calm local display, a web-first operating model, and a secure network handover strategy that is appropriate for real industrial environments.  

      

    In practice, this means operators do not need any specialist software. The unit publishes its own dashboard, provides diagnostics, and allows for downloadable logs through standard browser pages. It can function in rescue access-point mode or connect to a customer Wi-Fi network in station mode after validating the connection path.  

      

    What it does  

    · Polls the ICS over RS485 / Modbus RTU  

    · Shows live status, ISO triplet, flow rate, duration, progress, and countdown  

    · Logs completed results to local SD with RTC timestamps  

    · Publishes a live dashboard, diagnostics page, and log downloads

    WiFi setup allows you to save customer network details without needing a vendor app, facilitating an effective condition monitoring interface for your ICS particle monitor. This ensures easy self-hosted browser access.

    Diagnostics: Open a service-friendly page for counters, states, and underlying values, featuring a condition monitoring interface that supports the ICS particle monitor and allows for self-hosted browser access.
