ATEX ZONE 1 IECEx DUAL IOCTO WATER SENSOR 50PPM

 LABTEC Consultants are pleased to announce another successful ATEX Zone1 and Atex IECEx design.

A request has often been made for the availability to be able to measure the water content in 0 to 50ppm water sensor in a fluid or fuel.
We have produced a dual channel ATEX Zone 1 (IECEx )unit to do this with additional temperature sensors. It consists of 2x iocto np330-f  sensors.

These have been custom calibrated under Lab conditions using a sample of the customers fluid and their temperature range. From this an exacting profile or master base line is then stored with in the sensor. The differences are then reported. In this application an output in the form of 4-20mA was requested and the max and min covered between 0 to 50-PPM @20mA.

The Atex unit houses 2 of these with additional temperature sensors housed in a custom made block. These are also custom calibrated to operate max sensitivity with in the temperature operating band. Every attempt has been made to offer a very accurate instrument as is practical to do so. This can also be done for other applications depending on the requirement.

The unit can also be offered in a "single sensor" arrangement.

This dual channel unit will be used to monitor the performance of critical equipment in a form of "before and after" and report the results live and to the company web site / data / process control.

This unit is an "on shore" variant Aluminum (no copper) and Stainless 316L "off shore" options are also available.
